This is perfect for a smaller wedding, but not quite an elopement.  Both ceremony and reception is in the same location, guest count and bridal party (if any) on the smaller side.  Reception is usually just a dance party without many formalities or traditions.

This is definitely the most booked package of mine.  8 hours can usually cover the entire day, from getting ready through some reception dancing.
